Unit was 7+ yrs old, still working great. Mailed it

Tues, had it back following Thurs. Everything in description in true. What surprised me was the quality of lower temperature hits. Air tumbling over the glass balls provides slightly more resistance and smooths the air flow. I was very happy with my VB1 before I sent it in and was not thrilled to be w/o it for a couple weeks. The unit was back before I knew it and performs like a new fancy up to date rig. Low temps, med or high, they all flow great the first time. First time with a concentrate, smooth and thick. Best money I have spent in my vaping experience, right behind the the original VB1 purchase. An the blue color is cooler than ever

My OG Vape died and when I called they suggested upgrading to the 1.5 and I’m so glad I did. It hits so efficient and draws bigger hits now. Customer service was beyond amazing. Linus is the man and was so kind and helpful as well as the customer service girl who helped me too. Amazing staff and products, there’s a reason me and my friends only use vaporbros!

I’ve tried different portable vapes, but they don’t work as well, or have the same kind of longevity Vapor Brothers box does.I’ve had mine for at least 15 years and have had it upgraded when they’ve offered better technology. It’s been worth it each time. There were some hiccups in the process this last time, but they communicated and handled it quickly and to my satisfaction. I appreciate their customer service and respect for a product they can stand behind.
