Vaporbrothers Shipping Policies
We ship 2-3 times per week, so your order may take more than a couple days to ship. Shipping may take longer if we are waiting for your payment or any special confirmations.
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain brown or USPS box.
Yes, we do ship orders to P.O. and A.F.O. Boxes!
All vaporizers, and certain oversized orders, are shipped USPS with age verified signature required.
California Customers: Due to new regulations all vaporizers and most other orders will require an adult signature (21+). CA customers pay 9.5% tax.
Estimated Delivery Times from date of shipping
USPS First Class Mail: 2-14 business days (delivery time is NOT guaranteed)
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (delivery time is NOT guaranteed)
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days (delivery time IS guaranteed)
UPS Ground: 1-7 business days (delivery time is NOT guaranteed)
Tracking info will be automatically e-mailed once a shipping label has been generated. Please allow up to 48 hours for info to display on the USPS site. If the automated order and/or tracking e-mails were not received, please check your spam filters.
UPS orders: do NOT include Saturday delivery. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us as extra fees may apply.
USPS Express and Priority Shipping
USPS Express 1-2 Day (aka Priority Express) and Priority 2-3 Day Shipping are available for an extra fee.
USPS only guarantees on-time deliveries for Express Mail. Delivery times for Priority and First Class Mail are not guaranteed.
Delivery time is based on date order ships, not date order is placed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after cut-off time may result in a delay.
Only USPS Priority Mail and First Class shipping are available for all international orders requiring tracking info.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders. This includes any VAT taxes, duties or other delivery fees charged by the shipping company or customs in your country.

Contact us if you are in a country which we don't normally ship to. If there is no guarantee of tracking to your door, we can't ship, unless you don't mind to take responsibility for any lost shipments.
If an order is refused or cannot be delivered the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs to Vaporbrothers. Customers are responsible for the full shipping costs incurred for both the delivery and return. This includes orders that qualify for Free Shipping, customers will be charged actual shipping rate if order is returned.

We only accept returns of unused merchandise, in ready to sell condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. We do not refund the shipping portion of the order. More information can be found at our terms and conditions page.
