Your orders are most often packed within one business day of confirmation, although we may need up to 3 days to prepare and pack your order. Order processing may take longer if we are waiting for your payment or any special confirmations.
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $349. Ships by UPS or USPS depending on package size and destination. Discount applied at checkout automatically.
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain brown or USPS box.
Yes, we do ship orders to P.O. and A.F.O. Boxes!
All vaporizers, and certain oversized orders, are shipped USPS with age verified signature required.
California Customers: Due to new regulations all vaporizers and most other orders will require an adult signature (21+). CA customers pay 10.25% tax.

USPS First Class Mail: 2-18 business days (delivery time is NOT guaranteed)
USPS Priority Mail: 1-7 business days (delivery time is NOT guaranteed)
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days (delivery time IS guaranteed)
UPS Ground: 1-8 business days (delivery time is NOT guaranteed)
Tracking info will be automatically e-mailed once a shipping label has been generated. Please allow up to 48 hours for info to display on the USPS site. If the automated order and/or tracking e-mails were not received, please check your spam filters.
UPS orders: UPS may not deliver on Saturday delivery unless you contact us as extra fees may apply.
USPS Express and Priority Shipping
USPS Express 1-2 Day (aka Priority Express) and Priority 2-3 Day Shipping are available for an extra fee.
USPS only guarantees on-time deliveries for Express Mail. Delivery times for Priority and First Class Mail are not guaranteed.
Delivery time is based on date order ships, not date order is placed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after cut-off time may result in a delay.
We ship by USPS Priority International and First Class International. Sometimes USPS packages are handled by Global Express, which is more reliable and has better customer service. The tracking number may change without notice. Contact us if you don't see your international order moving and we can check to see if it has a new tracking number.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders. This includes any VAT taxes, duties or other delivery fees charged by the shipping company or customs in your country.

Allowance for high risk countries: Some countries don't guarantee delivery or allow tracking to the final destination. If the checkout screen does not allow you to order to your country, please let us know so we can check our website settings. Our website doesn't allow shipping to these countries with a few exceptions including Mexico, Jamacia, and Vietnam. For these few allowed "high risk" countries, we charge an additional fee that guarantees we try at least once to replace a package that gets lost. If your package does not deliver within the normal delivery window let us know and we will attempt to reach the shipping company and determine when to resend a new package. If the package does not deliver after two attempts the customer takes the responsibility for the loss.
If an order is refused or is returned to sender based on the address entered by the customer, we may charge for reshipping the package. The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for both the delivery and return. This includes orders that qualify for Free Shipping, where customers will be charged actual shipping rate if order is returned. A return due to our own mistake will be resolved by customer service as soon as possible.

We only accept returns of unused merchandise, in resellable condition. We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns. We do not refund the shipping portion of the order. More information can be found at our terms and conditions page.
