Your Vaporbrothers vaporizer comes with a standard warranty that covers manufacturer defects for the first year. It does not cover damage. After the first year, a repair is $100.00, and covers limited damage.
This covers what neither one does, for free. Broken glass, heater burnout, accidents, overuse, ordinary wear and tear, and a wooden box that has had enough. Most other vaporizer companies do not cover any of that.
If the vaporizer can be fixed, we fix it. We once repaired one that went down in a boat wreck in Hawaii.
For five years, you never pay for a repair again. Not the $100.00. Not the new box. Not the labor, not the parts, not the shipping back to you. And we handle it in one to two weeks instead of two to three.

How to Use It
When your vaporizer needs work, order the 5-Year Repair Service. There is no charge.
You will be asked to fill in three fields on your order. The serial number on the bottom of your vaporizer. The name and email you used to buy the 5-Year protection. And a description of what is wrong with your vaporizer.
Then pack the unit, ship it to us, and we take it from there.
