Vaporbrothers makes the ceramic screen using a custom injection molding process to make an accurate and smooth, dense ceramic part.
We use a kiln to heat treats our stainless steel screens to burn off the chrome. This darkens the stainless screens but ensures for safest, highest quality replacement whip screen on the market.
