Q: Do I need to buy special adapters to travel with my vaporizer outside the United States?
A: If you plan to travel overseas with your USA model vaporizer (110V) you must use a 220V to 110V step-down converter when plugging into 220V electricity. You can find it at an electronic store or on our website. Beware you don't just use an adapter that just changes the plug type! Also, stores typically recommend the wrong component! The lightweight 1600W converters intended for hairdryers will damage and eventually burn out your vaporizer. You need to use a heavy transformer type converter. We sell the only step-down converter we know works reliably and won't harm your vaporizer:
