About our choice to use a custom size:
We only manufacture and support 16mm tips. This is not an accident or a limitation. It is a deliberate design choice based on performance, durability, and long term reliability. We first specified the 16mm size for its superior vaporizing qualities and efficient consumption of herbs. Over time, knockoffs and whip based competitors chose the easier off the shelf 19mm size. That shortcut results in thinner glass, easier breakage, and bowls that can tip or allow herbs to fall out. Because these units are not built to our specifications, we are not able to service them or provide accessories for non Vaporbrothers or after market devices.

How to tell if your vaporizer is a "Hands-Free" model:
If your current Vaporbrothers whip has a red "HOT" or "CAUTION" emblem and attaches by ground glass to the heating element, your vaporizer is a Hands-Free model. This whip is a Hands-Free type and will work with any Hands-Free Vaporbrothers Vaporizers.
