For warranty issues with our Original Vaporizer (wooden box models), please print the repair form below and send it with the vaporizer to us.  We will contact you if we need more info.  In most cases we return your unit upgraded to the latest heater and electronics within about 2 weeks.

Terms and Conditions (Vaporbrothers Vapor Box Vaporizers Only)

You might need to pay the handling / return shipping charge, depending the age of the vaporizer and whether you registered or have proof of purchase.  We charge nominal rates for damage that is outside of our normal warranty terms. Refer to the full warranty text that came with your vaporizer, or see the information below:

Unregistered owners:
For a period of 1 year after the purchase date, we will repair and return vaporizers at our expense, with no charge to the customer. Between 1 year and 2 years, Vaporbrothers will charge $10. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR UNREGISTERED OWNERS. If you don't have proof of purchase we will charge a $35 flat fee, so be sure to file your receipt in a safe place.

Registered owners:
For a period of 2 years after the purchase date, we will repair and return vaporizers at our expense, with no charge to the customer. No proof of purchase is required for registered owners.

Between 2 and 5 years after purchase, Vaporbrothers will charge a $35 fee for all Registered and Unregistered owners. The fee covers repair, replacement parts, automatic upgrades, and return shipping.

*Additional fees may apply: For example, if your unit needs to be glued. Please note that gluing may not be available for all units.

For vaporizers with serial number below 27440 or more than 5 years from purchase date:
We will offer to upgrade or replace your unit for a discount price. Please contact us through our address or website to inquire about this offer.
Repaired vaporizers are warranted against failure with no charge for an additional 6 months beyond their original warranty period.

If we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then the customer must pay for return shipping. IMPORTANT: TAMPERING VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. If your unit has been modified or tampered with, we will have to refuse service on it for safety reasons. For practical reasons, VB can offer no cash refunds; we can only repair or replace units.

Unauthorized Seller Policy
VAPORBROTHERS distributes our products exclusively through authorized and trained distributors and dealers. Occasionally, individuals will attempt to sell products online without the consent of VAPORBROTHERS. Any VAPORBROTHERS product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or other unauthorized source will not be honored or serviced under the existing VAPORBROTHERS warranty policy. Any sale of products by an unauthorized source or by any other manner not authorized by VAPORBROTHERS, shall void the warranty on the applicable product.
